Enjoy a fun, relaxing session that will help you find ease in body and peace of mind


Classes are Strength and Balancing certified and led by a registered Senior Yoga teacher.


Bring your own mat and a bolster if you have these. Otherwise just wear comfy clothes and be ready to relax and feel great again. 


Beginners are welcome.
