Can you remove stains and odours?

Yes, however we never guarantee the removal of stains as it depends on a number of factors, but we do have a great success rate!

Do I need to move furniture first?

Small items should be moved, if able. We can work around larger furniture, however if you wish to move it prior to our arrival, that is ok too.
