Samaritans is a free, confidential listening service for anyone in Aotearoa who feels lonely, low, or overwhelmed.

Trained volunteers provide non-judgemental, non-religious support by phone, day and night, 365 days a year.

You do not need a referral, and you can remain anonymous.
