The Data Insights and Supporter Care Specialist will track and use data to report on supporter trends and to make recommendations that result in hospice donors feeling acknowledged and aware of what services their donations make possible.
The trends you identify will also support the success of our annual direct mail and EDM campaigns.
You’ll work collaboratively with your fellow fundraisers and the Marketing and Communications team, to ensure appropriate messaging is received by every donor.
In addition, you will develop and manage a portfolio of new and mid-level donors by initiating and stewarding relationships with people who give their financial support to Harbour Hospice.
Your role will be vital in using the donor journey to retain and build regular donors.
You will be a connector, matching donors to the best person in the team, based on the donor’s best interests.
