As Fundraising Administrator you’ll work closely with the Senior Database Administrator to ensure timely and accurate record keeping.


Working collaboratively with your Fundraising team and the Communications team, you’ll support events, campaigns and community activity that raise funds for the important service Harbour Hospice provides.


Your tasks will include:


  • Maintaining donor and supporter records in the Raiser’s Edge database.
  • Processing income in the database and reconciling with bank account and finance systems.
  • Timely acknowledgement of donations and liaising with fundraisers to coordinate supporter care.
  • Assisting with data reports and lists to support fundraising communications and activities.
  • Supporting the regular givers, newsletter, appeals and activities to link and connect the community with Harbour Hospice.


This full-time position is based at Hibiscus Hospice, Red Beach. You will be expected to attend fundraising events from time to time, and these can fall outside of standard work hours.
