We are seeking a maintenance person to join our fabulous team on a permanent part-time basis, providing general maintenance services to our residents at our stunning Gulf Rise Village in Red Beach.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will assist with the overall maintenance of our village and facilities.

This role is working Tuesday to Friday - 32hrs week (8 - 4:30pm)

Some of the great things you will be doing.

• Providing general maintenance services to our residents in our Village.
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed on all plant, equipment, and buildings in a timely manner.
• Aids the grounds staff and undertakes general gardening tasks from time to time as and if required.
• Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are met and maintained on site.
• Take responsibility in liaising with residents daily to understand and problem solve any general maintenance issues on site

About you

Previous experience as a general handyman or in property maintenance will be highly advantageous.
