Your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly and keep residents at the heart of decision-making will be key to your success.


As Village Manager, you’ll be the trusted face of the Village, leading day-to-day operations, supporting our people, and ensuring residents enjoy a safe, engaging and well-run environment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:


  • Provide strong, visible leadership across the Village
  • Work closely with residents, families, teams and internal partners
  • Support a positive culture where communication is open, timely and respectful
  • Maintain solid financial performance including P&L management
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery
  • Champion quality, safety and wellbeing for residents and staff

Your Experience Includes:


  • Proven leadership in retirement village management (highly regarded)
  • Operational management expertise in a people or service-focused business
  • A resident-first mindset with empathy, professionalism, and a strong service ethic
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to influence, collaborate, and engage, including responsiveness and follow-through
  • A commitment to operational excellence with strong process, systems, and quality improvement capability
  • Financial acumen including sales focus and P&L ownership
  • Strategic thinking with a flair for innovation
  • Risk management experience, including health & safety and wellbeing
