We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Café Cook to join our team part-time (14 hours per week), working Sundays and Mondays (7:30am–3:00pm).

If you love working behind the scenes to bring café menus to life, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen where your efforts directly contribute to the customer experience—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of cooking or baking experience (ideally in a café)
• Good understanding of food control plans and health & safety requirements
• Ability to run and cook on the hot line is a major advantage
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be a local resident of Whangaparaoa or nearby area
• Availability to cover weekends and public holidays as needed
• A passion for preparing quality food that keeps customers coming back
