We are currently on the lookout for a Digital Operations Specialist to join our Albany based Support Centre team.
The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the operational support of the digital customer experience products.
This Includes the support and running of all elements of our websites (retail and trade) and digital products within the physical store experience.
You’ll be collaborating directly with customers, support centre teams & store team members to provide exception operational support. Including informing the development backlog for the product delivery teams
