Our Showroom Sales Assistant role is all about helping customers transform their kitchens and bathrooms—from selecting stylish vanities and tapware to choosing the perfect benchtops and splashbacks.

• Permanent, Part-Time (16 hours per week)

• Must be available to work at least one weekend day

• Based in our Silverdale Mitre 10 MEGA Store.

Inspire, Advise & Create

As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you’ll:

• Guide customers through our Bathroom and Kitchen showroom, offering expert advice on basins, vanities, towel rails, mirrors, bathroom accessories, cabinets, appliances, benchtops, splashbacks, and tapware.
• Help customers make informed choices by discussing style, functionality, colour and design options.
• Maintain showroom displays, ensuring they are inviting and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless shopping experience.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A passion for design, home improvement, or renovations.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to guide customers through their options.
• A keen eye for trends and practical solutions in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Previous retail, showroom, or home improvement experience (preferred but not essential).
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
• Local to Silverdale – You live within approximately 30km of the store.
