As a Detailer, you’ll be responsible for creating accurate, high-quality plans and cost estimates for timber frame and truss manufacturing.

Your expertise in Mitek Software and NZS 3604 will ensure precision in design while collaborating with builders, architects, and engineers.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth production, minimal errors, and strong profitability, helping deliver top-quality products to our customers.

What Will You Bring?

• Experience in estimating, detailing, or QS roles within the building industry
• Proficiency with Mitek Software and strong numeracy skills
• Knowledge of NZS 3604 and general construction methodology
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage costings, quotes, and reports with accuracy

In Addition to the Above, You Will Need:

• A solid understanding of frame and truss manufacturing
• Experience liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A full NZ Class 1 driver’s license
