This is an on-site, FIXED-TERM, part-time role based at Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa, covering parental leave from March 2025 to May 2026.
The role is 34 hours per week and will include one weekend day.
Your ability to commit to this availability, is essential.
About the role
You will assist at checkouts by processing transactions, including cash, EFTPOS, credit cards, and gift vouchers.
You will also be responsible for store announcements calling for specialist assistance or heavy lifters when needed.
Over time, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various customer service functions, such as refunds, product exchanges, returns, faulty goods repair, special orders, click-and-collect orders, and home deliveries.
