Part-Time Receptionist Position at Northern Arena, Silverdale

If so, we’d love to have you join our team as a part-time receptionist at Northern Arena in Silverdale!

As the first point of contact for our gym and swim school, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and energetic atmosphere for all our patrons.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels welcome
• Assisting with swim class bookings and answering inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Supporting customers in navigating our Swim and Gym Apps for bookings and purchases
• Selling retail products and providing personalised recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organised reception area to contribute to a positive environment
• Proactively ensuring a positive and energetic environment, fostering a great experience for everyone who walks through the door

To thrive in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Computer literacy is preferred, along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

You'll need to work well independently as well as within a team.

Hours cover a variety of shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
