As the long Auckland Anniversary weekend draws to a close tomorrow, the weather forecast for our beloved Hibiscus Coast has thrown in a little surprise.

MetService predicts some rain and maybe a bit of thunder later today, adding a twist to the mostly fine weekend we've been enjoying.
