Temporary traffic management contractors are on notice as Mayor Wayne Brown seeks to address the proliferation of road signs and cones in Auckland.
Mayor Brown has commissioned a report to the Government, highlighting the need for changes to the rules governing road signs.
The Mayor has expressed frustration, stating that the current situation is "not only a waste of money, it's annoying to people".
