Hibiscus Coast residents who purchased the Cozy 360 Rotating and Convertible Car Seat with ISOFIX from Baby Way NZ Ltd between 1 September 2024 and 5 January 2025 are advised of a product recall due to a labelling issue.

A specific batch of Model G405 car seats was sold with an incomplete ECE R44/04 safety label in a foreign language, a manufacturing oversight that does not comply with New Zealand safety regulations.

Although the car seat meets all ECE safety standards, the missing complete label may cause uncertainty regarding certification and proper use.

Baby Way NZ Ltd assures customers that the product remains safe for use.

To resolve the issue, the company is providing a fix-up kit containing the correct English-language ECE R44/04 safety label and clear instructions on how to attach it to the car seat.

Customers are encouraged to continue using the car seat, as it meets all necessary safety standards.
