Organisers of the Gulf Harbour Free Movie Event have announced that the event, planned for this Sunday, has been postponed due to the bad weather affecting the region.
The movies that were set to be screened were the animated family movie 'Moana' and the Tom Cruise blockbuster 'Maverick'.
Typically, these events are a popular occasion where locals gather with friends and family to have a picnic and watch a movie under the stars.
However, the safety of attendees is of the utmost importance, and the organizers have decided to postpone the event to ensure that everyone can enjoy the experience safely.
The revised date for the event will be in April.
Specific details about the new date will be announced in the coming weeks.
