Coasties now have a simpler way to stay informed and connected, with the launch of a new community notice board on the Hibiscus Coast App.

This new feature offers a central space for residents, organisations, and groups to share local news, events, and even items for sale.

Designed with ease of use in mind, the notice board helps locals stay in the loop and informed about what’s happening around them.

"Our goal is to create a space where people can exchange information and support each other," said Steve Pulley, director of the Hibiscus Coast App.

From announcing garage sales to promoting local events, the new notice board serves as a flexible and accessible platform for all types of community notices.

Pulley added, "The notice board aims to enhance communication and help locals connect."

Residents can find the notice board in the Hibiscus Coast News section of the app and post their listings for free by clicking 'List your notice here.'

The service is open to community groups, charities, and sports organisations, ensuring that no one is left out.

This initiative is part of the Hibiscus Coast App’s ongoing mission to bring the community together and make local information more accessible.
