Auckland Zoo is offering a delightful High Tea experience set in the historic Old Elephant House.

Treat your mum to an afternoon of delicious food and stunning surroundings.

The zoo's chefs have created a brand-new High Tea menu featuring savoury treats and sweet delights.

There are options to suit all tastes, from a classic High Tea with tea or coffee to a premium package with a glass of Prosecco.

Feeling extra fancy? You can even add a bottle of Mumm champagne to your booking.

Little ones won't be left out either – a special children's menu featuring bacon and banana pancakes is available.

Entry to the zoo is included in the High Tea price, making this a fantastic opportunity to combine a special meal with a fun day out exploring the amazing animals.

Several sessions are already sold out. 

The High Tea takes place on Friday 10th May (1pm & 3pm sessions only), Saturday 11th May (all sessions sold out) and Sunday 12th May (all sessions sold out).

Bookings are essential and close on Thursday 2nd May or until sold out.

Tiger Cub Thriving

While you're celebrating Mum, don't forget the zoo's newest arrival! Cahya, the adorable Sumatran tiger cub, is now nearly four months old and thriving. 

Following her recent vaccination, Cahya and her mother Zayana have been exploring a new habitat, giving visitors a better chance to see this playful cub.
