Hibiscus Coast, prepare for a night to treat your taste buds!

A variety of the best food trucks will be in Millwater this Friday, with a selection of food you won’t forget.

This event will be hosted at Metro Park, 197 Millwater Parkway, Silverdale, beginning at 5 pm.

Bring your appetite for a night of great food, cool drinks, and good company, even bring your furry ones! (Just ensure that they are on a leash).

A variety of trucks will set up shop, each with its unique offering of fan-favourite street food.

This event has been organised by the Food Truck Collective.

They are an events company dedicated to supporting Auckland’s most promising street food businesses.

You will often see them at events around Auckland, such as community and music events, and also those organised by local boards or companies who sponsor events.

They boast over 80 different food trucks, connecting small businesses with food lovers.

Some of these include the Roaming Berry, Pasta e Pasta, and Double Dutch Fries.
