Locals, welcome the newest addition to Orewa College's leadership team.

James Went has been appointed Deputy Principal, effective 2025.

James joins Orewa College from Avondale College, bringing a wealth of experience in leadership and education.

James' expertise spans student wellbeing, leadership, and pastoral care.

His passion for education and commitment to student success make him an excellent fit for the college.

Today, James was warmly welcomed to the college whānau during a heartfelt pōwhiri ceremony.

Students, staff, and family gathered to celebrate this new chapter for Orewa College.
