Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, advises that State Highway 1 (SH1) southbound between Silverdale and Oteha Valley Road will be completely closed due to scheduled maintenance work.

This work will be done between the hours of 9 pm and 5 am on November 2nd and 3rd.

Ramps and links closed include the Silverdale southbound on-ramp and Oteha Valley Road southbound off-ramp.

Please take the Dairy Flats Highway and Oteha Valley Road detours as indicated by the signs.

The works team will be performing numerous maintenance tasks, such as resurfacing and working on the vegetation, which will result in increased noise levels.
