NZTA recommends using alternative on-ramps at Grand Drive or Dairy Flat.
A second set of closures follows later in the night further south.

These ramps will be closed: Oteha Valley Road southbound on-ramp, Greville Road southbound off-ramp, Greville Road southbound on-ramp, Constellation Drive southbound off-ramp, and the SH1 southbound to SH18 westbound link.
NZTA’s recommended detour is via Oteha Valley Road, Albany Expressway, Bush Road, Paul Matthews Road and Upper Harbour Highway.
The SH1 closure is happening alongside a SH18 westbound closure between Paul Matthews Road and Albany Highway, also from 10pm to 5am.
The Paul Matthews Road westbound on-ramp and Albany Highway westbound off-ramp will be closed.
The recommended detour is via Caribbean Drive, Goldfinch Rise and Albany Highway.
