Snowplanet Steps Up After GrabOne CollapseSilverdale business honours all valid vouchers.

Hours after news broke that GrabOne has gone into liquidation, Snowplanet has come forward with a promise to look after affected customers.

The popular indoor snow park says it will honour all valid GrabOne Snowplanet vouchers, even though it’s unlikely to be reimbursed by the failed deal site’s parent company, Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited.

General Manager Rojie Aguilar said the team only found out about GrabOne’s collapse when a customer called this morning.

“We don’t want our customers to suffer because of something beyond their control,” he said.

“Even though we may not be reimbursed, we’re standing by our core value to provide awesome snow experiences 365 days a year.”
