If you’ve driven past Gull Millwater lately, you’ve probably seen the diggers and fencing.

Construction is now in full swing on the vacant site right next door.

The 1,700m² lot, managed by Scarborough Group, is being developed by iLine Construction.

Scarborough say there’s already interest from a potential F&B operator, and both single and multi-tenanted options are on offer.

That means we could see a mix of shops, a new café, or even something fresh like a Circle K-style store in the months ahead.

For Coasties, it’s another sign of Millwater’s steady growth.

With more housing and traffic through the area, extra spots to grab coffee, lunch, or essentials will be a welcome addition, especially for nearby families and commuters topping up at Gull.

No confirmed tenants yet, but the groundwork’s being laid. Watch this space.
