“Our use of electronic systems and signing enables clients to be serviced remotely, including Zoom meetings,” says David. 

He says meeting clients face-to-face is also important and can be arranged in the office or an appropriate location. 

This paperless approach also helps the environment. 

Not only is David an expert in his field, but he is also an accomplished world ocean racing sailor and skipper. 

He has spent several months at sea, chasing boats around the world.  

David touched dry land after realising he had learnt everything there was to know about the water, so didn’t find it a challenge anymore. 

Hungry for a new venture, he met and married Kim and had a family. 

Their Son, Daniel, is at university and their daughter, Maddie, is working at Auckland Airport.
