Your Property Manager bridges a gap between landlords and tenantsJulliette Henderson is the owner of Your Property Manager.

A local business owner loves to build relationships and bridge the gap between landlords and tenants.

Julliette Henderson is the owner of Your Property Manager, a company she started in 2012, and is still going strong after 11 years.

She says they have a small portfolio, which means the landlords and their valuable investments receive the proper care and attention, to ensure the job is done well.

She meets the needs of her clients and understands exactly what landlords are looking for in a property management company.

She also has an amazing ability to find and keep good tenants.

“For Your Property Manager, it is all about customer service and ensuring the needs of clients are met and understood,” she says.

All the tenants Julliette has are very happy with the service they receive, and this has resulted in very happy landlords.

Juliette says the rental market is inconsistent at the moment, and several people are feeling the pinch.

“With the cost of living and interest rates on the rise, many landlords are forced to increase the rent. I know they don’t want to, but they don’t have a choice. The landlords really care about the tenants too.”

Julliette’s passion for real estate began 22 years ago when she started working at a leading real estate company in south Auckland.

Her passion grew and she developed fantastic relationships with her clients - the landlords and tenants.

During her tenure at the real estate company, she dealt with various tenants with various issues, and over time, she grew on a personal basis so the landlords know she is capable of dealing with anything that arises.

Julliette started Your Property Manager while she was on maternity leave.

“As a new mum, I wasn’t keen on working long hours, so a few clients suggested that I start my own rental company.”

With the seed planted, she researched everything needed to start a business and took a calculated risk.

She resigned from her job on good terms, and Your Property Manager was born.

“I started the business with eyes wide open,” she says.

“Over the years, I have built amazing relationships and have an open channel of communication between the landlord and the tenant.”

They take pride in themselves as their reputation and long-standing relationship with landlords speaks for itself.

“When you entrust your business with Your Property Manager, you can be sure you are in the best of hands so that you can sit back and enjoy the more important things in life,” says Julliette.
