If you’ve still got your voting papers sitting on the bench, now’s the time to post or drop them off, tomorrow’s the big day.
Local elections happen every three years, deciding who’ll represent us on the Hibiscus Coast and beyond.
That means the people we choose will help shape the services, parks, and planning decisions that affect our families for years to come.
You’ll be voting for the mayor, councillors, and local board members.
The ones who make the calls about what gets fixed, built, or funded next.
Voting papers must be received by 12 noon, Saturday 11 October 2025.
You can pop yours into a post box, an orange council voting bin, or deliver it straight to one of the council’s voting hubs.
Progress results will start rolling in from midday tomorrow, with final declarations released between 16 and 22 October.
If you’re still undecided, you can check out our Local Elections 2025 information and tips here.
They’ll help you understand who’s standing and what they stand for.
Every vote counts, Coasties. Make sure yours is in.
