It is important to know that all Justices of the Peace are volunteers.
They offer their services to the community free of charge and receive no payment.
Justices contribute their time freely to the community.
If you are utilising the services of a Justice at home you should always schedule an appointment and agree on timings ahead of the visit.
Justice of the Peace at Silverdale Mall
- Available 7 days a week 10 am – 12 pm, and on Thursday afternoons between 4 pm – 6 pm.
- There will be no Justice of the Peace service on public holidays.
Justice of the Peace at Whangaparaoa Library
- Monday to Friday 2 pm – 4 pm, and on Saturdays 10 am – 12 pm.
- There is no Justice of the Peace Service available on public holidays
Justice of the Peace at Orewa Library
- Monday to Friday 12:30 pm – 2 pm
- There is no Justice of the Peace Service available on public holidays
