It's time to tidy up and get rid of your unwanted inorganic items.
We have some important information for you regarding the inorganic collections provided by the Waste Management Targeted Rate.
Did you know that every property in Auckland that pays the rate is entitled to one free inorganic collection per year?
You can easily book your collection without any additional charge.
Firstly, collections are scheduled at different times throughout the year, depending on your area.
To discover the specific collection period for your property, simply use the convenient online booking tool.
It will provide you with the dates you need to know.
Once you've found out your collection week, you can book at any time up to eight days before the start of the collection period.
Remember, items must be ready for collection by 7 am on the designated day.
Dedicated council collectors will only pick up inorganic materials to 1 cubic meter in volume and weigh no more than 55 kilograms.
This ensures their safety while handling the items.
It's important to note that each area in Auckland has a designated week for the inorganic collection, and bookings remain open until eight days before that week.
So, mark your calendars and book your collection to ensure a seamless process.
