Local retailer Gatmans Mowers and More has shut after liquidation.

Stilwell & Co. Limited, trading as Gatmans Mowers and More, was placed into liquidation on Wednesday, October 22

The owners thanked the Hibiscus Coast community for decades of support and said a challenging 12 months left no choice but to close.

The closure follows Peninsula Mowers’ exit, reducing options for local sales and servicing of ride-on and push mowers, garden equipment, tractors and outdoor power tools.

Locals might see longer trips for repairs, though the owners recommend Stihl Shop Silverdale, Warkworth Motorcycles and Stihl Shop Albany as nearby alternatives.
